At Bella Lusso, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality skincare products. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless the item is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Bella Lusso will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, Bella Lusso does not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased due to a change of mind once they have been opened or used.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only where:

  • The incorrect item was supplied.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product is confirmed to be defective.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used beauty devices
  • Products with broken hygiene seals
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as non-returnable

Consumer Rights

Nothing contained in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
